Product Characteristics
- DJ207SS is a powder coating based on epoxy-phenolic resin, which can be used in a widerange of temperature and PH.
- It has excellent corrosion resistance and has been successfully applied in geothermal environment.
- Excellent mechanical properties such as torque resistance, tensile resistance and seismic strike.
- Reuse can keep the coating intact and prolong the life of the tube by 2 to 3 times.
- The outer surface design of the coating can effectively improve fluidity and save drilling power 15 % to 30 %.

Chemical media corrosion resistance:
(1). Soak at room temperature for 90 days in 10 % HCL, 10 % H2SO4, 10 % NaCL and 10 % NaOH liquids, no change in coating
(2). Soak at 80 ℃ for 90 days in oil field sewage and crude oil without change of coating
(3). Soak gasoline, diesel oil and kerosene at room temperature for 90 days without changing the coating
High temperature autoclave performance:
Routine test: PH = 12.5 204 ℃, 70 Mpa, time: 24 H, no bubbles, no soft, no degradation of adhesion.
Adhesion test:
Prior to the test and after the high temperature and pressure test, the adhesion test results of thecoating materials in accordance with SY/T0544-2016 standard appendix A, "Drilling pipe coating adhesion test method(knife thrust method)", showed that the adhesion of the coating was not changed by the high temperature and pressure test, and the results were all A class.
